TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking / Reservations:

A deposit of at least 25% of the total cost is required on booking and the balance at least 30 days before the tour/services commences. We reserve the right to cancel bookings / reservations if the balance is not paid before commencement of the tour. Reservations/bookings are subjected to a fee of USD 25.00 per booking to cover communication and other administrative costs.

Costs / Prices:

Costs include all expenses in connection with the vehicles and driver/guide as per the itinerary. Entrance fee to the National parks/game reserves, hotel/camp accommodation and meals are included unless otherwise specified.

Costs excluded are in respect to airfares, airport taxes, visas, tips, beverages, laundry or other personal expenses.

Costs are based on rates / tariffs and other costs prevailing at the time of publication and are subject to changes without prior notice.

Accommodation:

Accommodation is based on two persons sharing a double/twin room or tent inclusive of private bath/shower. Single rooms are available (not guaranteed at all times) charged at a supplement (additional) cost.

The accommodation mentioned in the itineraries indicates a category of reservations that may be reserved at similar hotels/ lodges/camps.

Alteration / Amendments:

We reserve the right to alter booking/reservations, specified arrangement or cancel the operations of a scheduled tour/service should conditions necessitate. The right is reserved to decline to accept/retain any person in any of our tour or service at any given time unless it is a private safari. In such an event, an equitable refund value will be executed.

We reserve your right to amend/alter or cancel any tour arrangement after booking. No fees will be charged on amendments or cancellations before confirmation. Your right to cancel booking/reservations is subject to specific charges.

Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation after confirmation, notice of which must be given in writing, the deposit will be refunded minus the charges for reservations that have been processed, cancellation fees imposed by hotels/lodges and transporters and any other relevant expenses.

If cancellation is received within 21 days of commencement of tour, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total and arrangements will be charged, and a charge of 100% if cancellation is made within seven days of commencement.

Transportation:

We will provide cars, safari mini-vans/buses or coaches according to the number of clients and/or route being taken for the particular tour. The right is reserved to employ the services of a sub-contract for full or part of these services, for those that we do not provide and should circumstances allow. English-speaking driver/guides are provided. Special transport services may be requested but will be rendered at extra charges.

Private Safaris:

Private safaris are unique for clients who would prefer to travel alone, with family or a group of friends for exclusivity. We can arrange for your private safari on a private vehicle basis, where you will travel according to your preference. We will charge a supplement price for this unique service as follows:

In Private safaris, the departure day and/or time can be amended to suit your preferred itinerary.

Should you prefer to travel alone, 250% supplement; as two people, 100%supplement; as three clients, 40% supplement; while nil percentage is charged for four clients, respectively. This arrangement is also applicable for those who wish to book tailor-made safaris.

Liability:

The company and its agents shall act only as agents of the client in all matters relating to accommodation, tours and safari services booked in the itinerary. We shall not be held liable for any injury, delay and/or damage caused by natural hazards whatsoever. The Laws of the Government under which the company operates shall govern its liability to its clients. Therefore, all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the country in which the action occurs. The company reserves the right to engage the services of sub-contractors for all or part of its services. The rates and/or prices provided are applicable at the time of publication and are subject to change without prior notice to the client(s).

NOTE: All travel involves an element of personal risk and sometimes can be of hazardous nature. All clients are advised to take out an insurance policy to cover personal accidents, medical expenses and baggage. The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage, injury or death hence insurance is advised.
